EducationLab Packs: There is no 60-day money back guarantee for Lab Pack purchases.

You may return educationlab packs only if they have not been opened.

They must be mailed to the Returns Department for refund or exchange.

Lab packs may be exchanged if the wrong platform was orderedreceived.

Instructors Resource Guides: There is no 60-day money back guarantee for Resource Guide purchases.
